Commission-Based Recruiter (m/w/d)

Beschreibung:

Uvvo is actively seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Recruiters. This position focuses on sourcing and connecting skilled Ukrainian refugees with employment opportunities across various industries in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and attracting potential candidates, primarily among Ukrainian refugees in Germany, for employment in Germany.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates through various channels.
• Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates in Russian or Ukrainian to understand their skills, experience, and aspirations.
• Collaborating with the Uvvo team to match candidate qualifications with available vacancies.
• Supporting candidates at all stages of the employment process for a smooth transition to the workplace.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting, personnel selection, or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Capability to establish and maintain business contacts.
• Empathy and sensitivity to the difficulties faced by refugees in job searching.
• Knowledge of various recruiting tools, including job search platforms and social networks.

Compensation:

• Work on a commission basis with earnings based on successful candidate employment.
• Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
